I bougth a tyre and payed

I bougth a tyre and payed. The order is confirmed! A few days later they asked for my patiant, but lately posponed the order: not on stock! It was a lie! On the web page it was still available, but... they raised the price with 30%! It looks they didn't want to sell on the lower price!!! They refunded it after several calls and emails...

Poor customer service

Purchased a set of tires back in March 2021 and just last week I experienced a blow out on my back driver side tire, upon inspection of Firestone they could not repair due to a manufacturer defect,( bead separated from the rubber). I not only spent over a thousand dollars for this said set of tires but, I then I had to spend another $330.00 for a new one until I get the one replaced under warranty. I reached out multiple time via phone calls left voicemails, sent email, sent photos of the damaged tire. Giga tires response was, its the installers malfunction not manufacturer defect! I then went back to the shop that originally installed the tires and showed them the emails stating that giga tire was blaming them for the tire. The tire shop then inspected the tire and showed me why it failed and how it wasn’t the installation that caused it. I then reached out again for the fourth time to giga tire to send me a return label so they could actually inspect it for themself instead of determining it wasn’t a manufacturer defect by a picture. Giga tires response was they will send a return label and if it is deemed not a manufacturer defect then if I wanted the tire back I would have to pay for the return lol. This is absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had over tires just purchased. Please look at all the review before you buy from giga tire not saying it will happen to you but I also said it wouldn’t happen and here we are.

WARNING WARNING

I just received the information that I have two choices 1; If I want to have my delivery as ordered to my front door it will take another seven (7) days or 2; Go and get the tires from the postal office myself in 1- 2 days.
This means that the second delivery (as ordered) will take two (2) weeks instead of 7 days as promised and the TOTAL time of delivery would be around 5 Weeks (instead of as communicated on their webpage 3-5 days). Or if I go and get the packages myself that it would take a minimum of 8 to 9 days and the TOTAL time of delivery would be over 4 weeks.
Is this company for real?
I keep getting their excuses - excuses that have the exact same expressions and format on different platforms (different Facebook-pages due to that they have multiple brands marketing their services, mail-correspondence, phone-calls and so forth) - meaning that this is something they are used to.
My biggest upset however - is that the chairman of the board Alexander Gebler and the other board members: Dr. Harald Blania, Alexander Eichler, Philip von Grolman,Thomas Loock, Dr. Andreas Prüfer is giving their staff (who are doing their best) tools that are not sufficient to avoid problems and to solve them if they appear.
The year is almost 2021 and companies like this still exist - amazing.

Bad warranty practice

This company makes it almost impossible to get warranty on tires, even clearly there was a defect. They make you remove the tire and ship it back for inspection even after providing pictures. Even then, there is no guarantee they will honor the warranty. By the time you consider the cost involved. It is basically not worthwhile to claim anything. Stay way from this reseller.
This company will try their best to get out of warranty claims. One has to remove the tire and ship it back first, making it not worthwhile to claim anything. What is the point of warranty if you have to spend so much just to file a claim?
